Wearable Art

Our range of water-marbled garments will surely attract all stylish women who want to feel unique.

Zeynep is a water-marbling artist and wearable art designer. Water marbling, also known as ‘Ebru’ in Turkish, is an art for creating colorful patterns on water by sprinkling and brushing color pigments on a special water surface, and then transferring it into paper or canvas.

She organized water marbling workshops and classes in various places including the Duke Arts Center, NC State Crafts Center, and Cary Arts Center. Zeynep attended several art festivals for water marbling demonstrations including the Raleigh International Festival. She had a chance to share her arts in the West Regional Library Showcase, including a demo with close to hundred residents, as well as at an exhibition at Herb Young Community Center in Cary, NC.

Zeynep’s passion is to create something unique, original, authentic, and one-of-a-kind art each time. Water marbling is the perfect form of art to achieve that: spontaneous dance and movement of colors on water brings peace and tranquility to one’s soul.

We (human beings) are the best of God’s art and up to 60% of our human body is water. Water marbling, as the name suggests, is an art that relies on manipulating water. The word “Zeybry” is derived from my name, Zeynep, and the art of water marbling in Turkish, Ebru. In our Zebry clothing line, we capture snapshots from the magical dances of colors on water, and carry them over garments for your wearing pleasure. We hope you find that perfect wearable art design in our clothing line that closely connects with your soul!
